Marines Lead The Way: Charm City Yoga’s Class For Vets in Baltimore

Thanks to the TowsonPatch, Charm City’s Yoga class for veterans hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Marine Corps Captain C.J. Keller of Baltimore recently completed his 200 hour yoga teacher training, and is on the board of Semper Fidelis Health and Wellness.

“Yoga can change somebody’s life,” Keller said. “I hope to show them a possibility, or an option, of how to do that.”

Hopefully, more from the military community will follow suit. His first hand experience of the hardship of combat, along with facing the difficult transition to the aftermath of war, are insights that other veterans thinking about trying yoga will find of value.
