This blog will be changing soon. The War Photographers’ Retreat logo will change to War Retreat. Everything from this retreat will be archived, including the logo with Tim.
War Retreat.Org will become a portal for all trauma sensitive yoga and wellness related events for those who go through wars for teachers, studios, and others who wish to write and list their events. Yoga For Vets will be announcing a national event coming this Fall, and the Black Lotus Yoga Project will post their 2012 schedule. In addition, we invite others to list their events for a small fee in order for us to offset operating costs (don’t worry, it’s not that much).
As we approach year ten of these wars, the focus has widened to include the aftermath of war. We hope War Retreat can help those finding the path to finding wellness, peace, as well as their breath.
