At The War Photographers’ Retreat, we’ll be exploring ways to reduce stress through understanding how it is stored in the body. Through yoga, breath work, massage and acupuncture, we will seek to help participants find peace, balance and a sense of wellness (you’ll feel and look terrific). But as important, participants will be able to take the knowledge with them, and use the skills in their day-to-day lives.
